 today is our  to six class and open restaurant in fine dining. Today me and my friend boney,asyikin,saiful and afifie doing service in fine dining.  In fine dining we have to preparing our beverages only. Our beverages for today is strawberry laici.

 ingredient:
1 bottle of strawberry syrup
1 tin laici (cut 4)
1 cup of canned laici juice
3 cups sugar syrup
ice
water

 method:
1. Put the strawberry syrup into the water. after that, add sugar syrup.
2. When guest order strawberry laici, take a cocktail glass, put strawberry syrup that has been mixed with sugar syrup.

3. Next, enter the laici juice and laici fruit.

 tod ay we have to prepare food for Deepavali theme. As usual we have to come to college early and wearing the full attire in front the kitchen. After entering the kitchen, Chef explain what we gonna to make today. We have to prepare for 30 pax.
