A. Appetizer Course

Recipe: Peach and Cheese Tartin

Ingredients :

2 nos french bread
2 tbsp olive oil
113 gm goat cheese
2 tbsp fresh thyme leave
To taste for salt and ground black pepper
6 nos peach

Method :

1. Combine the olive oil, goat cheese, fresh thyme leave and season.
2. Apply it to french bread.
3. Bake it 180 c into 20 minutes.
4. Garnish with the peach.

Recipe: Thousand Island

Ingredients:

Mayonnaise
Tomato sauce
Chili sauce
Onion
Garlic
Season

Method :

1. Combine all the ingredients.
2. Then blend it.


B. Soup

Recipe:  Rich and Caramelized French Onion Soup

Ingredients :

Onion
Butter
Oil
Sugar
Paprika
Mix herbs
Bay leave
Chicken stock
Salt
Pepper

Method :

1. Caramelized the onion, sugar, paprika, mix herbs using butter and oil.
2. Then add bay leaves.
3. Then pour the chicken stock.
4. Lastly, season it.


C. Main Course

Recipe: Pan Fried Seabass

Ingredients :

2 tbsp olive oil
Balck pepper
1 tbsp thyme
Dill
Flour

Method :

1. Apply the mixture of flour, thyme, black pepper, and dill to seabass.


Recipe: Garlic Bread

Ingredients:

Garlic butter
Potato
Onion
Salt/pepper
Bell pepper (red/green/yellow)

Method :

1. Finely chop the garlic.
2. Boil the potato.
3. Julienne bell pepper


Recipe: Broccoli Puree

Ingredients:

2 tbsp olive oil
3 cloves garlic
450 g broccoli
10 tbsp water
113 gm mozzarella
Salt/Pepper

Method:

1. Saute garlic with olive oil.
2. Wait until the garlic golden brown but don't burn it.
3. Then put broccoli.
4. Wait until the broccoli soft.
5. Then add little by little of water.
6. After that, blend with mozzarella and season it.


Recipe: Capers Sauce

Ingredients:

1 tbsp lemon juice
2 tbsp capers juice
6 g butter
1/4 cup shallots
1/4 cup garlic
2 cup whipping cream

Method:

1. Finely chop the capers.
2. Put the butter in a pot.
3. Then, saute the garlic. After that, add the lemon juice, and capers juice also the capers.
4. Then add the whipping cream.


D. Dessert

Recipe: Chocolate Pancake with Caramel Pear and Serve with Fresh Watermelon

Ingredients:

1 tsp cinnamon
1/4 cup butter
3 nos pear
1/2 cup sugar
1 tsp fresh lemon juice
1 tsp green color

Method:

1. All in one of the ingredients.
