WEEK 1:INTRODUCTION MALAYSIAN CUISINE

today is our second class for Malaysian Cuisine. I and my other friends come late to class because of my friend fetching me and my friend late that's why we late come to college. After another minute we were allowed to enter the class.


Chef asks we to make an assignment that is making a menu by different week and with different COD & SOD. Firstly we have to find 2 starch, 3-4 protein, 2 vegetarian, 2 drinks, 2 desserts and 1 soup. Then we print out our menu by each country.
After finish that, we have to present our menu to our chef either he agrees with our menu and our theme at the fine dining later
